Cephalopods a la Morgan

 Cephalopods................or, Octopussies......( not exactly my cup of tea. But Morgan LOVES them) She decided to cook up a batch. She says she loves the squishiness and the suckers. ( Shudder).

Here is how she cooked them:
   FIRST: cut out the eyes. You can eat the eyes, but a lot of people do not like dinner looking at them. Then, Cut the head in half, or split the head, removing the ink sack and all the guts. ( Shudder). Then peel off the skin.
    SECOND: Tentacles. Poke out the beak and remove. Cut the legs off  ( they just kind of peel apart). Leave the skin on the legs.
   THIRD: Toss octopussy parts into a pan with olive oil and lemon juice. Saute until the tentacles start to curl. Add salt and pepper. A dash of paprika. Turn down heat, add marinara sauce, stir and serve.

                                                     So cute.............and squishy.
